Egerton House is a delightful retreat just 4.8 km (3 miles) away from Bolton and close to the Lancashire Hills. With beautiful views of the grounds and a cosy open fire in the lounge, now with Wi-Fi, it is the ideal place to just relax. This hotel is also now completely non-smoking.

With the same warm and friendly atmosphere of the Egerton House Hotel, 'The Dining Room' offers varied and daily changing menus. Ingredients are both wholesome and regional, such as Morecambe Bay prawns, Trough of Bowland lamb, and cheeses and ice creams from local farmhouses. 'The Dining Room' is open for dinner Monday to Saturday and for Sunday lunch. It is closed on public holidays.

Stay on the a666 and Egerton House is approximately 3 miles north of the Town Centre. From the M6, take junction 29 onto the M65. Exit at junction 4 onto the A666 through Darwen to Egerton. From the M61, take junction 3 onto the A666. Stay on the A666 and Egerton House is approximately 3 miles north of the Town Centre.
